how to check bv run motor

thanks in advance for any help

i am working on a BV that has a non responsive run motor.

the start motor works as should and when i kick in the run switch
there is no response, just a good healthy slow down and stop to the
generator.

i am capable of voltage/ ohm and signal tracing and have
instruments. my problem is-- i cannot identify the leads to the run
motor to see if it checks good. i have checked start and run switch--
they are good'

what are the leads that go to the run motor? how should i check
them.

i also need a schematic for the BV
